A Love Affair

With a glance I caught a look

No words were spoken

A language all our own

Two minds joined as one

Heat begins to rise as you walk by

Wordless wants flush my cheeks

Eyes cast down to hide the fire

A game we’ve played many times

Since first your heart took mine
