Wind Chimes

Knocking of a bamboo chime

Starts the orchestra of winds

Maestro conducting seasons change

Autumn’s gold begins to shimmer

Breath is heavy swirling in the air

Music tingles across the skin

Some moved to love and hunger

Others driven to a deep slumber

All pursuant of the same

Waiting to feel the shift in tempo

Rousing songs of promise

Bringing new life and rebirth

Had we been following one another before, I would have linked it to me poem.
