There is a world void of time
I’ve walked through chambers
Felt its thriving heart
Vessels of life cast out nets
Vital organs bound together
Sustains worlds within worlds
Shuns prodigal twins
Greed and waste
Sacrifices the old and suffering
Returns of precious nutrients
Takes only what is needed
Gives all to replenish
Protects the young
Shelters the frail
Feeds the hungry
Warms the chilled
Cools the tempered
Symphonies carry in the wind
A quenching peace flows
Filters dirt and disease
Washes away old sediment
Leaving a sole purpose exposed
Infinite domain
Giving birth to what never fully died
A timeless life force
Resilient strength and reflective beauty
Like that of dew drops in a spider web
I can sense this would be a paradise of sorts, “shunning greed and waste”. There is a lot to ponder, in this verse, to say the least.
