This is my 4 day follow-up to ‘The big freeze‘ post on Friday, which was in the negative wind chills. Today it was 60 and sunny with no chill factor unless you put ice in your tea. My new walking partner Major, who just turned one year, and I took advantage of mother natures whimsical mood and headed to our favorite place. We got lucky and caught a blow out tide that exposed many of the remnants left from when people still had homes on this particular beach area. (the demise of that community is a tale for another day) Enjoy, we certainly did.

Hi Noellie,
Your photos are amazing and such a treat for me being an Australian in the midst of a hot Summer. Hard for me to imagine chunks of ice on the beach and it looks quite beautiful. Lovely dog.
Best wishes,
Rowena

Thanks, Noellie. That’s one of the beauties about blogging. You get to experience the day to day details of places you’ll probably never get the chance to visit.
Best wishes,
Rowena
